- Irons. The irons, surely the best known golf clubs for laymen in the sport can be classified into 3 types:

- Intermediate irons. They are designed to hit the greens more accurately from medium distances, depending on the player's level of play. Its distance range goes from 135 to 155 meters.

- Gap wedge, it is usually used when we are between 80 and 100 meters from the green
- Sand Wedge is one of the most popular and, although as its name suggests, it is often used to get out of bunkers, the truth is that its versatility has made it one of the most popular short distance clubs.
- Pitching Wedge. They are used to cover distances around 100 meters.
