Return Costs

Returns are not free. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount and are as follows:

  • Spain: €4.95

  • Rest of Europe: €8.95

Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be in its original condition , with no signs of use, with all original labels and packaging intact.
  • Customized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.
  • Clothing, footwear and accessories items must be returned unworn and unwashed.
  • Golf clubs : Golf clubs must show no signs of use . This includes marks, scuffs, or any indication that the item has been used on the golf course. The clubs must be in the same condition as when they were delivered.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Returns are not accepted for technological products such as launch monitors, watches, rangefinders, simulators, electric cars, and other devices.

Option 1: Online Refund via Rever

Refund methods through Rever :

  • Refund via bank transfer :

    During the return process, through the Rever platform, you will be asked for your bank account number so we can issue the refund. The refund will be processed within 7 to 12 business days, once we receive the item at our warehouse and process the return.

  • The Golf Square Gift Card :

    If you'd like credit for future purchases, you can opt for a refund in the form of a gift card . This card has no expiration date and can be used at any time in our online store. It's a great option if you want to continue enjoying our products. Gift cards are non-refundable. The return shipping cost is the same as with other refund methods.

  • Size exchange (if available) :

    If you wish to change the size of a product, you can do so as long as the size you need is in stock. This option will allow you to get the product in the correct size without having to make a new purchase.

  • Select another product from our catalog :

    If you prefer to exchange the product for another from our store, you can choose another in-stock item that better suits your needs. The price difference will be adjusted, and if the new product is more expensive, you will only have to pay the difference.

  • We currently do not offer refunds via the original payment method.

Option 2: Return to our physical store in Girona

If you prefer to return the item in person, you can do so at our physical store . Visit us at Carrer Mas Racó, 6B, 17458 Fornells de la Selva, Girona , where you can return the item directly to our team.
